This is freakin hilarious! (language warning on the subtitles)

Well one guess who Adolf represents in this video. I don't even care one way or other; I just want to know that the HiDef format I choose is around for a long time. Also if you happen to speak fluent German, this will not be nearly as amusing.

That is great! My thoughts on the whole contention- both camps are missing the point. The consumer base today is not the same group who were limited to VHS or Beta 25 years ago. The format of disc is almost irrelevant. It will get hacked (at both the hardware and software level), and other formats will come. People don't want a proprietary format, they want the data. The medium is irrelvant to the market. They may win, for a while, but they won't get to ride it like VHS did.
