The grammar is wrong. It should be "I wioll haven frozen be". Not quite Future Semiconditionally Modified Subinverted Plagal Past Subjunctive Intentional, but up there. In the future (or past, for that matter), please consult Dr. Streetmentioner's seminal and classic work regarding these sort of grammar tense issues.

The ancient Otariid practice of bridging time spans to avoid spikes in the polar bear population (brought on by solar-based global warming cycles) may seem so unlikely as to be impossible, but it is merely highly improbable. All one has to do is make one is to work out exactly how improbable it is, feed that figure into the finite improbability generator, give it a fresh cup of really hot tea, and turn it on!
