My daughter is two digits old...

So tonight is the big slumber party and she wanted a movie theater theme. We have tickets (as you can see), a concessions stand with candy, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos (we even found some cardboard hotdog containers and plastic nachos containers) and of course a 52" LCD with three blu ray titles to choose from. my personal goal is to merely survive the evening and the 11 girl invasion of my house.

Hey, that's cool! The kids are really going to enjoy that. They love to pretend. Good job on the ticket.

Gracias! Making the ticket was (for me) the funnest part of this experience. :-P

That was a very nice bit o' graphics work!

When Gretchen is old enough to have slumber parties and watch The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, she can look forward to listening to her old man drone on during the climax about how Peter had gotten his whole defensive line wrong, and sacrificed every strategic and tactical advantage at his disposal. I mean, he displayed the strategic prowess of a 15-year-old by crikey!

You could make it a quadruple-feature, and throw on "Zulu" with Michael Caine, and say, "watch this, girls...THIS is how to organize a defensive redoubt!"
