A lawsuit??? Seriously? They will have to then retroactively sue half of the people who submitted tapes to America's Funniest Home Videos.
I mean this is quite different from the Starwars Kid. This is just a little guy acting funny and being cute. This isn't going to ruin his teenage years... I mean by the time he is surfing the Internet this video will be history.
Awe, poor kid. That's why we skipped the Nitrous Oxide when Elisa had her teeth worked on. She never did well when coming out of anesthesia and was typically very angry. I felt just like the little guy in the video when they gave me just a little bit of the laughing gas, like "Why did they do this to me?" I hated it.
Unabashed, the kid wasn't on illegal drugs! How could their be a lawsuit?
I am sure someone some where is complaining that an irresponsible parent put his kid high as a kite on the internet. It's not that crazy if you think about it. You ever watch the news? All kinds of stupid stuff gets headline news...
